By accessing or using our website www.heronscreststables.com (the "Site") and our horse riding lessons and training services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). By using our website and Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other terms applicable to specific programs in which you may elect to participate.

Heron's Crest Stables LLC reserves the right to change, modify, or revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the terms on our website. Your continued use of our website and Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Services Provided

2.1. Services

Heron's Crest Stables LLC offers horseback riding lessons, unmounted horsemanship lessons, training, and related activities. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

2.2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2.3. Booking and Payment

All bookings for horse riding lessons and training sessions must be made through our Site. Payment must be made at the time of service. We accept all major debit and credit cards.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. Single Sessions

Cancellations for single sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit any fees paid.

3.2. Ongoing Academy Programs

Cancellation of ongoing academy programs requires a 30-day notice. Failure to provide 30 days’ notice will result in the forfeiture of any fees paid for that period.

3.3. Bad Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event Heron's Crest Stables LLC cancels lessons due to unforeseen circumstances, students may reschedule the lesson at no additional cost.

4. User Conduct

4.1. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose.

• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.

• Interfering with or disrupting the Site or Services, or servers or networks connected to the Site or Services.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or Services, or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site or Services.

4.2. User Content

If you submit any content to our Site, including but not limited to reviews, comments, or photos ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Heron's Crest Stables LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our Site without our prior written permission.

You agree to hold harmless and release Heron's Crest Stables LLC, its owners, agents, employees, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation in our activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
